Our cooking classes are designed for food lovers who want to travel
through flavors and bring home a piece of Abruzzo in their hearts (and
taste buds!). In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you’ll learn how to prepare
iconic dishes such as:
Pasta alla chitarra Fresh tomato sauce Pallotte cacio e ove (tiny cheese ball with eggs) Ferratelle and traditional Abruzzese desserts
